We install high-capacity exhaust fans that pull steam out of the house quickly. We also use waterproof backer boards behind every tile. These materials do not hold onto water as old-fashioned green board does. This keeps your walls dry and your air clean.
Moving plumbing is possible in most homes. We check your floor joists to see how the pipes can be moved safely. This allows us to create a more open space or a larger walk-in shower. We find the best path for drains to ensure everything flows correctly.
We suggest installing an electric heating mat under your floor tiles. You can set it on a timer so the floor is warm when you wake up in the morning. This is a very popular choice for homeowners during our freezing winter months.
