MEET THE OWNER
Kevin Sherk
Kevin's career in construction started early, swinging a hammer as a framer, building residential homes across Ontario and British Columbia. That hands-on foundation gave him something rare in the renovation industry: a deep understanding of how buildings actually work, from the framing up.
After over a decade in the field, Kevin shifted his focus to home renovations, a space where he saw a real opportunity to do things better. He'd seen too many homeowners left frustrated by poor communication, budget surprises, and contractors who treated their home like just another job. He founded Gray Jay Renovations to change that.
Today, Kevin leads every project personally, from the first consultation through to the final walkthrough. He brings the same precision and care to a bathroom update as he does to a full home renovation. Kevin communicates immediately, walks you through your options, and never proceeds without your approval.
